The other day I was privileged enough to view the new menswear collection by Kiton. Everything was stunning and the craftsmanship was impeccable. The blazer at the bottom was a favorite, extremely lightweight and soft. The fashion editor at Robb Report invited me to go along with her and the editorial assistant. The Kiton store itself is gorgeous and located in an old mansion in midtown. Once we arrived at the mansion which was just around the corner from the office, we were greeted by a couple of amazingly dressed Italians. Our viewing would start on the second floor. Pastries, refreshments and fruit were laid out on the table. Each coat had the most beautiful lining, from the fabric to the prints. An explanation of each item was given and some of them even modeled for us. It was a wonderful experience overall. Afterwards we each received a pocket square with a different print {see the first pic}. It would be a treat to get to go on more of these. Oh, did I forget to mention, I've been in NYC for week.
